Parameters

OMADMEnabled	- OMA DM Enabeld. 0 - Disabled. 1 - Enabled.
AutoConnect	- Auto Connect. 0 - Disabeld. 1 - Enabeld.
AutoReboot	- Auto Reboot. 0 - Disabeld. 1 - Enabeld.
FwAutodownload	- Firmware auto downalod. 0 - Disabeld. 1 - Enabeld.
FwAutoUpdate	- Firmware auto update. 0 - Disabeld. 1 - Enabeld.
FwAutoSDM	- OMA Automatic UI Alert Response. 0 - Disabeld. 1 - Enabeld.
pPollingTimer	- Polling timer to connect to AVMS server. 0-525600 (min) 0:disabled NULL pointer - Invalid data.
pConnectionRetryTimers	- Connection Retry timers. See PackSwiAVMSSettingsConnectionRetryTimers for more information. NULL pointer - Invalid data.
pAPNInfo	- APN Information. See PackSwiAVMSSettingsAPNInfo for more information. NULL pointer - Invalid data.
