pNetworkType	Optional parameter NetworkType. Bit 0 - GSM Bit 1 - UMTS Bit 2 - LTE Bit 3 - TD-SCDMA
pScanType[IN]	Optional parameter Scan Type. 0x00 - PLMN (default) 0x01 - Closed subscriber group 0x02 - Mode preference 0x03 - Physical cell ID
